I never set out to become a jeweler. At least consciously, it was never the plan. Yet, it was always there.
I come from three generations of jewelers—my grandmother, my father, and now, me. What began as a summer job turned into an immersive experience that changed the trajectory of my future.
The work was unglamorous—sorting, labeling, administrative details. But every so often, something would interrupt the monotony. A stone would catch the light differently. A question would form.
Everything shifted when he began to trust me with engagement ring clients.
